Composition Synthetic yarns PTFE impregnation Special Lubricant Features B1204 Dinawhite is an universal braided packing for paper mills. It's manufactured a composite yarn which combines an extremely high resistance (tensile strength of 27.000 Kg/cm2) with a low friction factor that reduces friction up to 1/10 compared to aramidic yarn. B1204 has an excellent chemical resistance (pH 1'14) and it can be used also in the kraft-processes where it's necessary to have greater chemical resistance than is normally required in paper field. Furthermore, the packing is extremely soft due to an exclusive three-stages lubrication: on the yarn, during the braiding and on the packing at the end using an emulsion of PTFE and lubricant. Applications B1204 Dinawhite is recommended for pumps, pulpers and mixers in paper mills. Suitable for all dynamic water services.
